Humidity levels Thursday will drop into the 25 to 30 percent
range. Despite light winds, grass, leaf litter and brush continue
to be very dry. This will lead to an elevated threat for rapid
fire spread.

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you may burn outdoors. If you do burn, use extreme caution since
fires can increasingly escalate under these conditions.
