Special Weather Statement issued March 13 at 3:29AM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND

Patchy freezing drizzle, light freezing rain, and light snow may
lead to slippery roads along and just south of the International
border. A trace of freezing rain is possible along with a dusting
of snow. If you plan on traveling, allow extra time to reach your
destination. Don’t use cruise control. Be especially careful
around stop lights, school bus stops, and intersections.
