Flood Warning issued March 14 at 1:48AM AST until March 14 at 8:00AM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT…Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues along portions of Rio Blanco.

* WHERE…Humacao and Naguabo.

* WHEN…Until 800 AM AST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Emergency
managers reported that PR-31 is impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 146 AM AST, USGS river gauge reports water levels have
reached minor flooding stage. Flooding is already occurring
in the warned area.
– This includes the following streams and drainages…
Rio Blanco, Rio Anton Ruiz and Rio Santiago.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.
