* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive runoff continues along
portions of Rio Grande de Manati.

* WHERE…Barceloneta and Manati.

* WHEN…Until 800 AM AST.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 343 AM AST, USGS river gauge reports indicate that water
levels from Rio Grande de Manati continue at minor flood
stage in Manati. Flooding along portions of the river will
continue for the next couple of hours as the river has
crested.
– This includes the following streams and drainages…
Coastal Watershed and Rio Grande de Manati.
