* WHERE…A portion of northeast Nebraska.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down weakened trees and power
lines. Scattered power outages are possible. Travel could be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
