* WHAT…Southwest to west winds at 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65
mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central, northern, northwest, southern,
southwest, and western Oklahoma and northern Texas.

* WHEN…From 7 AM this morning to 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Isolated power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
