* TIMING…From 11 AM this morning to 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* WIND…South to southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to
60 mph.

* HUMIDITY…As low as 15 to 25 percent.
