* Wind…West at 40 to 55 mph with gusts up to 80 mph. Isolated
gusts to 90 mph will be possible across the Caprock.

* Humidity…As low as 8 percent.

* Fuels…Critically dry.

* Impacts…Any fires that develop will spread rapidly and will
have the potential to grow into dangerous wind-driven wildfires
that will be difficult or impossible to control.
