* WHERE…Portions of southern, central, and eastern Iowa.

* WHEN…From 1 PM this afternoon to 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A Red Flag Warning is also in effect. Any
fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
