Winter Weather Advisory issued March 13 at 10:38PM PDT until March 14 at 11:00AM PDT by NWS Medford OR

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of one half to 3
inches in the lower elevation valley areas from Yreka to Gazelle,
but 3 to 6 inches near Hilt and around Weed. Winds gusting as high
as 55 mph.

* WHERE…Central Siskiyou County County, including I-5 from Hilt
south to Weed.

* WHEN…From 2 AM to 11 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. Strong winds
could cause tree damage and blowing snow.
