1 to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE…Northwestern Mendocino Interior and Southern Lake.

* WHEN…From 2 AM to 11 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Travel could be difficult on highways 101
north of Ukiah and 175 at higher elevations.
