at all central Florida Atlantic beaches today, in addition to a
moderate risk for dangerous rip currents.
* WHERE…Coastal Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, Saint Lucie, and
Martin counties.
* WHEN…Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS…The northward-flowing current could pull swimmers into
deeper water, making them more susceptible to dangerous rip
currents. It will also generate strong rip currents near piers,
jetties, and reefs.
