* WHERE…Mobile Central and Baldwin Central Counties.

* WHEN…Until 10 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Flooding along the Highway 90/98 Causeway across
northern Mobile Bay along the outside, eastbound lanes and
around the I-10/Causeway access ramps, some lots, parks, and
roads with only isolated road closures expected.
