Flood Watch issued March 14 at 10:41PM CDT until March 16 at 1:00AM CDT by NWS Huntsville AL

* WHAT…Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible. Widespread rainfall totals of 3 to 4 inches, with
localized higher amounts over 7 inches.

* WHERE…Portions of Alabama, including the following counties,
Colbert, Cullman, DeKalb, Franklin, Jackson, Lauderdale, Lawrence,
Limestone, Madison, Marshall and Morgan. In southern middle
Tennessee, including the following counties, Franklin, Lincoln and
Moore.

* WHEN…From 7 AM CDT Saturday through 1 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Several rounds of thunderstorms will result in potentially
excessive rainfall and flash flooding.
