Gale Warning issued March 15 at 2:05AM PDT until March 15 at 11:00PM PDT by NWS Portland OR

* WHAT…For the first Gale Warning, seas 17 to 18 ft at 13
seconds and west winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. For
the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 13 to
17 ft at 13 seconds and southwest winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts
up to 30 kt expected. For the second Gale Warning, seas 13 to
15 ft at 12 seconds and southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts
up to 40 kt expected.

* WHERE…Coastal waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR
out 10 NM and Waters from Cape Foulweather to Florence OR from
10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN…Gale Warning, until 5 AM PDT early this morning.
Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 PM PDT this afternoon. Gale
Warning, from 5 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
