* WHAT…Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph
expected.

* WHERE…In California, Modoc County. This includes highways 299
395, and 139. The cities of Alturas, Canby, Davis Creek, and
Willow Ranch. In Oregon, Central and Eastern Lake County. This
includes highway 140 from Lakeview east, highway 31, and 395. The
cities of Lakeview, Adel, Paisley, Summer Lake, Silver Lake, and
Alkali Lake.

* WHEN…From 5 PM Saturday to 5 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
