expected.

* WHERE…Cottonwood County.

* WHEN…Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Rain changes to snow early Saturday morning.
Regardless of snowfall amounts, strong winds and falling snow will
create reduced visibility. Blowing snow is likely after snow ends.
