…RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT THROUGH 7 AM TODAY FOR VERY DRY
AND WINDY CONDITIONS FOR MUCH OF SOUTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA…

* AFFECTED AREA…IN Oklahoma, Pushmataha, Choctaw, Cherokee,
Adair, Muskogee, McIntosh, Sequoyah, Pittsburg, Haskell,
Latimer, and Le Flore counties.

* WIND…Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 45 mph
becoming west-northwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts around 25
mph. Diminishing around sunrise.

* HUMIDITY…15 to 25 percent rising to 50-60 percent towards
sunrise.

* TEMPERATURE…Temperatures falling into the mid 40s to lower
50s by sunrise or mid morning.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will spread dangerously fast.
