Warning for strong winds and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from noon today to 8 PM CDT this evening.

* 20 Foot Winds…Northerly at 20 to 25 mph

* Relative Humidity…10 to 15%

* Red Flag Threat Index…1 to 3

* Timing…Noon through 7 PM this evening.
