* WHERE…Jefferson and Lewis Counties. Strongest wind gusts will
likely be on the northern slopes of the Tug Hill Plateau.

* WHEN…From 2 AM to 8 PM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few isolated power outages may
result.
