Winter Storm Warning issued March 14 at 5:10PM PDT until March 16 at 11:00PM PDT by NWS Medford OR

* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 14
inches, except up to 20 inches possible above 4500 feet. Winds
could gust as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE…Interstate 5 south of Weed, Highway 97 northeast of Weed,
Highway 89 at Snowman Summit and Dead Horse Summit. This includes
the cities of Mount Shasta, Dunsmuir, McCloud, Bray, and Tennant.

* WHEN…From 11 AM Saturday to 11 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Very
strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
