* WHAT…Blowing and drifting snow expected. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Western Arctic Coast.

* WHEN…Until 10 AM AKDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility at times. Large snow drifts may develop. The
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
