significantly during the transition with gusts as high as 60 mph

lead to blizzard conditions. A Blizzard Warning remains in place for
much of west central Minnesota with a Winter Storm Warning for Todd
County and Winter Weather Advisory for Stearns County.

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches,
with the greatest accumulations in the western portion of the
county. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHEN…From 7 AM this morning to 4 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
