THROUGH TUESDAY EVENING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY FOR THE SOUTH PLAINS, ROLLING PLAINS, AND THE FAR
SOUTHERN TEXAS PANHANDLE…

* Timing…From Monday afternoon through Monday evening, and again
from late Tuesday morning through late Tuesday evening.

* Wind…On Monday, southwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35
mph. On Tuesday, west at 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* Humidity…As low as 6 percent on both Monday and Tuesday.

* Fuels…Critically to extremely dry.

* Impacts…Any fires that develop can spread rapidly and may
become very difficult to control.
