Flash Flood Warning issued March 16 at 3:17AM EDT until March 16 at 6:00AM EDT by NWS Jackson KY

At 317 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.75
inches of rain has fallen across these locations since Saturday
morning. Up to an additional inch of rain is expected through 4:30
AM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD…Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT…Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Somerset, Monticello, Mount Vernon, Boone, Burnside, Somerset
Pulaski Airport, Elihu, Ruth, Dabney, Shopville, Bobtown,
Bronston, General Burnside S.P., Valley Oak, Quinton, Woodstock,
Frazer, Kidder, Bandy and Willailla.
