Flood Advisory issued March 15 at 11:37PM CDT until March 16 at 1:15AM CDT by NWS Louisville KY

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of south central Kentucky, including the
following counties, Allen, Simpson and Warren.

* WHEN…Until 115 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1137 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 3 and 3.5 inches of
rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Bowling Green, Scottsville, Plum Springs, Mount Victor,
Memphis Junction, Crestmoor, Franklin, Smiths Grove, Woodburn
and Oakland.
