– At 127 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding.

Phenix City, Union Springs, Hurtsboro, Midway, Spring Hill,
Comer, Guerryton, Barbour County Public Lake Dam, Seale,
Russell County Sports Complex, Pickett, Aberfoil, Boot Hill,
Ladonia, Rutherford, Hatchechubbe, Three Notch, Mount Andrew,
Parkmanville and Phenix Drag Strip.
