Flood Advisory issued March 16 at 2:06AM EDT until March 16 at 8:30AM EDT by NWS Wilmington OH

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…The following counties, in northern Kentucky, Boone,
Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Owen and Pendleton.

* WHEN…Until 830 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 206 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch
are possible.
– Some locations that may experience flooding include…
Covington, Florence, Independence, Erlanger, Edgewood,
Alexandria, Elsmere, Fort Mitchell, Highland Heights, Taylor
Mill, Fort Wright, Williamstown, Crescent Springs, Walton,
Crestview Hills, Lakeside Park, Claryville, Union, Crittenden
and Wilder.
