Alabama…

Tombigbee River At Demopolis Lock and Dam affecting Hale, Sumter,
Marengo and Greene Counties.

.Flooding is expected on the Tombigbee River and a flood warning
remains in effect.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Tombigbee River at Demopolis Lock and Dam.

* WHEN…From Tuesday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 68.0 feet, Flooding of lowlands in the area occurs
and cattle should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 41.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Tuesday evening and continue rising to a crest of 70.6 feet
Thursday morning.
– Flood stage is 68.0 feet.
