* IMPACTS…Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1201 AM CDT, Flooding is ongoing in the warned area.
Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Huntsville, Madison, Cullman, Scottsboro, Winchester, Arab,
Moores Mill, Redstone Arsenal, Meridianville, Hazel Green,
Hanceville, Decherd, Good Hope, Estill Springs, Cowan, Owens
Cross Roads, Grant, Huntland, Skyline and Gurley.
