* WHERE…A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
counties, Bledsoe, Bradley, Hamilton, Marion, Meigs, Rhea and
Sequatchie.
* WHEN…Until 730 AM EDT /630 AM CDT/.
* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take
several hours for all the water from these storms to work through
local drainage systems in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 412 AM EDT /312 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen.

Chattanooga, Dayton, Dunlap, Jasper, Pikeville, Decatur,
Soddy-Daisy, Signal Mountain, South Pittsburg, Spring City,
Walden, Lakesite, Whitwell, Kimball, Monteagle, Ridgeside,
