Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued March 16 at 12:39PM EDT until March 16 at 12:45PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

The storm which prompted the warning has moved out of the area.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. To report severe
weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will send
your report to the National Weather Service office.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EDT for portions of
southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.
