Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued March 16 at 12:41PM EDT until March 16 at 12:45PM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and has exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning will
be allowed to expire. However, gusty winds are still possible with
this thunderstorm.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EDT for northern and
northeastern West Virginia.
