* WHAT…For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility less than one mile
in dense fog. For the Wind Advisory, south winds 15 to 25 mph with
gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE…Northern Lycoming and Tioga Counties.

* WHEN…For the Dense Fog Advisory, until 10 AM EDT this morning.
For the Wind Advisory, from 6 AM this morning to 3 PM EDT this
afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong to potentially damaging thunderstorm
wind gusts are also possible late this morning and afternoon.
