gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Northern Trinity ABOVE 4500 FEET. This includes Highway 3
at Scott Mountain Pass.

* WHEN…Until 11 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Tire
chains may be necessary if travelling through mountain passes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
