For the Tombigbee River…including Amory…Moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring.

* WHERE…Tombigbee River near Amory.

* WHEN…Until early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 30.0 feet, Highway 6 between Amory and Bigbee is
flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 27.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.3
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
Wednesday morning.
– Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
