…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Kentucky…

Barren River at Bowling Green affecting Warren County.

.Heavy rain from the past several days has caused the river to rise.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Barren River at Bowling Green.

* WHEN…Until this afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 23.0 feet, Parks begin to flood. Most of Thomas
Landing and Weldon Peete Park flood.
At 30.0 feet, Boat Landing Road is impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 11:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 28.2 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 11:45 PM CDT Sunday was 28.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.2
feet early this morning. It will then fall below flood stage
this morning.
– Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
28.1 feet on 04/29/2013.
