– At 2:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 6.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 7.8 feet. It will then fall
below flood stage late this afternoon.
– Flood stage is 7.0 feet.

A low-amplitude west/southwesterly mid/upper flow pattern will prevail Days 4-6/Tue-Thu. South/southeasterly low-level flow across the western Gulf into the southern Plains will allow for northward moisture transport and daily diurnal destabilization.
