* IMPACTS…Flooding will continue along Sandy Creek early this
morning. Local broadcast media reports flooding from Sandy Creek
has closed a portion of Liberty Street where it crosses Sandy
Creek near Route 178. Flood waters are also near several homes
along Liberty Street.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 351 AM EDT, Minor flooding will continue along Sandy Creek
early this morning. A gauge along the creek in Adams shows
the level has recently crested, with water levels expected to
drop quickly this morning.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
