* WHERE…Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma and the Panhandle of
Texas.

* WHEN…From 11 AM Tuesday to 1 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Winds are expected to shift to out of the
north with passage of the cold front Tuesday night, but could
still produce wind gusts upwards of 60 mph.
