northeast, and southeast New Mexico.

* WHEN…From 10 AM to 11 PM MDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing dust will reduce visibility making
driving dangerous in dust-prone locations like Roswell, Clovis,
and Portales.
