* WHEN…From Tuesday evening through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles. Widespread blowing dust or snow may
reduce visibility.
