* WHERE…The South Plains and portions of the far southern Texas
Panhandle.

* WHEN…From Tuesday afternoon through late Tuesday night.

* IMPACTS…High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Widespread blowing dust is possible which may
result in significant visibility reductions and poor air quality.
