* WHERE…Middle Rio Grande Valley including the Albuquerque Metro
Area, Northern Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Upper Rio Grande
Valley, Santa Fe Metro Area, and Lower Rio Grande Valley.

* WHEN…From Tuesday morning through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing dust will make travel hazardous in
dust-prone, lower-elevation locations.
