Locally dense fog will occur through 9 AM. Visibilities will be
reduced to a quarter mile or less at times. Much of this is ground
fog. Visibilities will also be reduced across ridges and other
higher terrain areas. If traveling this morning be alert for
visibilities which could change rapidly over short distances. Slow
down and leave extra distance between other vehicles.
