Winter Storm Warning issued March 17 at 4:38AM MDT until March 19 at 6:00AM MDT by NWS Salt Lake City UT

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 14
and 24 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Wasatch Mountains South of I-80.

* WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 6 AM MDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Winter driving conditions are expected. Traction laws
may be enacted.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A period of moderate to heavy snow is
expected with a cold front this evening into tonight. Periods of
moderate to potentially heavy snow will continue through Tuesday
before tapering to snow showers Tuesday evening. Additional snow
accumulation is possible Tuesday night into Wednesday morning
south and east of the Great Salt Lake.
