Winter Storm Watch issued March 17 at 2:45AM CDT until March 19 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Omaha/Valley NE

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations two
to six inches possible. Winds could frequently gust 50 to 60 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east
central, northeast, and southeast Nebraska.

* WHEN…From late Tuesday night through Wednesday evening.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow, with whiteout conditions possible at times. The
strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines
and could cause sporadic power outages.
