to one inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 65 mph.

* WHERE…Lincoln and Russell Counties.

* WHEN…From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Strong winds could
cause tree damage.
