Winter Storm Watch issued March 17 at 3:41AM CDT until March 19 at 2:00PM CDT by NWS Hastings NE

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations
between 2 and 4 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50
mph.

* WHERE…All of north central Kansas and south central Nebraska.

* WHEN…From late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility down to less than a
mile. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning
commute. Gusty winds can bring down tree branches
