between 3 and 5 inches. Northerly winds 30 to 40 mph gusting as
high as 60 mph.

* WHERE…Holt County.

* WHEN…From 1 AM to 2 PM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Strong
winds could cause tree damage.
